CHATT311 is Chattanooga’s 311 reporting app. It’s been available on the web and the iOS and Android app stores since fall 2016.

User testing usually takes 30-60 minutes. Activities include card sorting, task analysis, and usability testing. You don’t need to be “tech savvy” to participate—just able and willing to spend a bit of time with our UX designer and programmers!
